Sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes. Arrange longer sessions in advance.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a missed-session charge. A session missed without 24 hours' notice is billed as a late cancel. If a tutor cancels, you can discuss rescheduling, a substitute, or cancellation without a charge.
Lateness reduces session time. Students who cancel without notice and payment may be dropped from the schedule, as may those who cancel very frequently. Regular weekly or semi-weekly sessions receive priority.
Call for the current hourly rate. Invoices are emailed through PayPal and can be paid by credit card or PayPal. Tutoring may be paused while an invoice is outstanding.
Send the tutor the topics and questions in advance so they can prepare useful materials. For exam preparation, plan ahead and discuss realistic goals with your tutor if time is short.
